Our Offer:
- We carry out repairs of motor boats, sailing boats, and all types of floating equipment made of glass reinforced polyester. We carry out repairs of Gel Coat and varnish coatings on both, the older boats and modern sport boats. Our products are manufactured according to the highest standards. Our employees spare no effort so that all our boats and other products were characterized by their reliability and long-lasting usage. we offer also service and repairs of wooden and steel boats. After the season we invite to take advantage of our services boat maintenance, cleaning and wintering the boats.
- We perform models and moulds for hulls, decks, and internal modules even in most sophisticated profiles. They are build according to directions of our clients. At the request of the orderer we carry out prepare completely the mould for production, including the appliance of full distribution layer. In most cases at first we use the mould to make test product to check the obtained quality. In the second step, we make models and moulds of the internal furnishment modules and the rudder blade. In the course of building the models our design laboratory systematically checks up the quality and conformity of workmanship to the design guidelines. The necessary changes are introduced to the design as they arise. Since 2009 we moved our activity to a new 500 square meter production shop, providing very good work conditions.
Our technology:
- glass reinforcement in the form of mats, fabrics and combined;
- reinforcement elements in the form of plywood, metal sheet (steel or aluminium);
- balsa or foam plates, adhesives and putties;
- polyester resin, epoxide resin, construction resin, Gel Coat and Top Coat.
In production process we use the best Western and Polish components distinguished by their highest quality. Essential production process is made by hand by rolling wet laminate or using unique vacuum lamination technology. Gel Coat is applied by spraying.
